Job description
As a team lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising work on construction sites. You will play a key role in team performance, quality of work, and client satisfaction, while also participating directly in the construction work.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise a site team
- Act as a mentor for team members
- Actively participate in carpentry and woodworking work
- Oversee performance, quality, and progress of the work
- Ensure compliance with schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Contribute to project planning and ensure smooth execution
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project
